Scammers. Staff does not know what they can and can’t provide and they’ll refuse to refund you when they give you the wrong thing. I came here for a certificate of health to travel with my pet and was told they would be able to give me this paperwork but this vet is NOT USDA CERTIFIED they are not able to do this paperwork even if they say they can!! After giving me the incorrect paperwork, they refused to give me a refund even though I had to go and pay for the paperwork AGAIN for another vet that could actually give it to me. They are NOT able to provide the correct paperwork for a health certificate in order to travel. Do not come here for anything other than basic animal care.

I was with them for a while I thought I would love this place they’ve treated many of my dogs! Their prices change every time you come in they say one thing over the phone and another at check out. I was over charged for a regular visit at the time of the appointment I mentioned some concerns about my dog and they charged me more just for asking does he look like he could have anxiety? What a normal questions in a regular exam things your suppose to ask when you have a new dog in the home with kids. Doctor said he would credit the account just bring in the receipt. Now the staff is giving me a hard time. They also acted as if they couldn’t find a break down of receipt and treatment but that’s mandatory when there suppose to keep Track of these things. They wanted me to bring in my dogs folder with receipts which I keep all that in the folder, but this should be on file any Whoo. The doctor didn’t do really anything in the exam with both of my dogs I brought in on two different occasions and that’s where the red flag for the pricing came in same tests and exams but charged a different price. Go to them at your own expense and keep track of payments and fees for your own records as I did. But I do not recommend them in the future nor will my pet continue to be seen here !

A few months ago I wrote a somewhat of a bad review due to my frustrations of an event that happened with some medications that Dr Singh ordered for my dogs, a few hours later I removed the post once I fully calmed down and realized I over reacted (damn menopause) Well im back here to leave a good review once I saw how one of my friends dog got treated at a vet not to far from here and Im so thankful for my vet, he does a wonderful job and his very caring with my pets, always saying to them " Hey baby"! My pets are very calm with him and his staff and Im great full to have him as our vet cuz its not always greener on the other side!

I have been taking my 13 year old dog here since he was six months. Dr Singh has never pressured us to getting more than we came for. Before a procedure happens or if he highly recommends something, he tells me the price first to see if I want to proceed. My dog receives a lot of love from the doctor and staff.

Incredible experience and wonderful staff! I needed to find a new vet for my cat, and the staff and Dr made not only my cat comfortable but me as well! My cat is the literal definition of a scaredy-cat and is extremely skittish. I could tell right away that he felt comfortable in the atmosphere. It’s very obvious that they care a lot about what they do and have a passion for helping animals. From the front office, to the vet assistants, to the doctor, wonderful experience all around! I’m so happy I found my new vet!
