Dr. Loomis is an amazing vet, and a very caring person as well. Her prices reflect her value to the animal community, and she is worth every penny. I have personally had really bad experience with the cheap, or, "budget" vet clinics. If you want a vet that will work to extend an older dog's life, even after IVDD takes away use of one set of legs, instead of immediately recommending putting the dog down, she is your vet! Even let me sit with the dog, whose life she extended for more than a year, after she passed away in my arms for 2 hours. I live in Fond Du Lac now, and I would rather drive to Milwaukee Vet Clinic than settle for another vet.

From the initial call to seeing the vet and checking out, the whole experience was excellent. Super affordable as well, I was ready to pay an arm and a leg, and it was a third of what I was expecting. Parking is easy, music is calm (easy instrumental jazz), highly recommended.

I’ve been bringing my four animals (two dogs and two cats) to Milwaukee Vet Clinic for almost 7 years now, and at this point, they’re like family to us. All four of my animals have completely different personalities and medical needs, and over the years we’ve been through just about everything, from last minute surgeries and mystery health scares to one of my cats basically turning feral every time he walks through their doors. Through it all, the staff at Milwaukee Vet has been nothing but kind, patient, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Most importantly, they are truly committed to being fear-free and always prioritizing the animals’ well-being above everything else. I also LOVE how invested they are in Milwaukee’s rescue community! It says so much about who they are, both inside and outside the clinic. I can genuinely say, I barely trust anyone with my animals, but I trust Milwaukee Vet Clinic wholeheartedly. I can’t say enough good things about them. If you’re looking for a vet to care for your fur babies, I can promise you they’ll be in the best hands at Milwaukee Vet Clinic!
